SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage (or ground turkey)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
3 eggs
Bread or cracker crumbs and milk to consistency
1-2 cans consomme

Mix together above 5 ingredients. Make into small balls and brown. Then place in casserole dish with consomme over them to keep moist and simmer. Can be frozen and cooked in consomme later. Makes 75-90.
