SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 egg
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk, depends on consistency

Mix all ingredients. Roll mixture into small meatballs and brown on all sides. Drain off grease.

GRAVY:

1 pkg. brown gravy mix - follow directions
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 can water

Mix together and bring to boil. Pour over meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
