SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2/3 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls. Brown on cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Kitchen Bouquet for color

Place meatballs in casserole. Cover with sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour covered. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving.
