COCONUT CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 1/2 oz. flake coconut

Brown 9-inch pie shell and cool. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, flour, salt, eggs, milk, flavoring, and butter. Cook over medium heat until it becomes thick. Then stir in coconut and pour into cooled pie shell. Recipe may be doubled for 2 pies.
