HOME FRIES 
4 med. baked potatoes (use left over ones, or when baking, potatoes for a main meal, bake some extra)
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. garlic powder

Slice potatoes about 1/8 inch thick. Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and sprinkle with paprika and garlic. Fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Great with eggs and toast.
