1 box lemon supreme cake mix
3/4 c. Crisco oil
1 box instant pineapple pudding mix
4 eggs
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. coconut

Cook until thick. Add coconut. Put on warm cake.
