CRISPY MEATBALLS | |
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey 2 eggs, whipped 2/3 c. fresh bread crumbs or 3 slices French bread, soaked in milk, squeezed and shredded 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 3 tbsp. freshly parsley, minced 1 tsp. fennel Dash of black pepper 1 tsp. crushed red pepper 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed 6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Thaw the ground turkey if frozen. In a bowl, combine the turkey, egg, bread crumbs, lemon peel, parsley, fennel, pepper, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Shape into large walnut shaped meatballs. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until crispy and brown. |
