4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 lemon supreme cake
1 pkg. pineapple pudding mix
1 lg. (12 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Mix all together. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can coconut

Mix all together, except coconut. Cook slowly until thick. Remove from heat and stir in 1 can coconut. Put between layers.
