1 c. water
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Food coloring
1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tbsp. cream of tartar

Heat 1 cup of water. Mix other ingredients in order given. Knead until smooth in a dough consistency. Use desired amount of food coloring. Store in a covered container.
