FLO'S CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 lb. cranberries, ground 3/4 c. chopped nut meats 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. pineapple, drained Combine drained cranberries, marshmallows and sugar and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, fold in pineapple and nut meats. Add 1/2 cup sugar to whipped cream and fold into mixture. Yield: 12 servings. |
