FLO'S CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
3 cans kidney beans
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 tbsp. chili powder (or to taste)
Dash of hot sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
Dash of sugar (opt.)
1 sm. can tomato paste

Brown onions and beef in frying pan. Drain grease. Add to saucepan along with other ingredients. (Smash tomatoes.) For thicker chili, blend one can of the beans before adding. Cook slowly 2 to 3 hours until desired thickness is reached. Stir frequently to keep from burning. A 6 quart pot should be used.
