PERFECT COUNTRY HAM 
1 ham (country or smoked)
6 c. water

Pre-soak as usual. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place ham, fat side up, in roaster. Add water; cover. Turn oven to 500 degrees. Cook ham 15 minutes. Turn oven off; let ham sit for 3 hours. (Do not open oven door.) Return oven to 500 degrees. Cook ham 10 minutes. Turn oven off. Leave ham in oven 8 hours. Ham is always tender and cooked perfect.
