BAKED LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN WINGS
1 dozen fresh chicken wings
1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. lemon pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a cooking rack sprayed with Pam on a sheet pan. Set aside. Clean and dry chicken wings. Mix melted butter, baking powder, lemon juice, and lemon pepper in a large bowl. Toss in wings and mix until the wings are completely covered. Bake on the cooling rack for 20 minutes. Do not let the wings touch. Turn and baste with pan drippings. Cook another 20 minutes. Baste again with pan drippings. Before serving baste once more and squeeze lemon juice over the wings. Add more lemon pepper if desired. Serve with Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
