MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 Eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup Nuts
20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 stick Butter
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
9x13-inch Greased & Floured Pan

Mix together sugar, flour, eggs, soda, nuts, and pineapple.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, vanilla and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar. Put over cake while warm.
