MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE | |
2 c. all purpose flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 dash salt 1 c. English walnuts or pecans, crushed 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, including packing juice, by hand. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Frost with Mexican Fruit Cake Icing. |
