PAM'S PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 can crushed pineapple plus juice
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs, crushed pineapple and juice. Mix well and pour into greased cookie sheet - bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING:

While cake is baking, mix 1 stick of butter, 1 small can evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar. Boil 10 minutes and stir constantly as it burns easily. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 cup coconut. Spread on hot cake.
