PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts

FROSTING:

3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 stick or 1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Make cake by combining all cake ingredients and bake in sheet pan for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix together frosting ingredients. Spread over cooled cake.
