PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (#2) size can crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix all ingredients and spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Use electric mixer and mix until smooth, add nuts and spread on hot cake. (Mix this while cake is baking.)
