PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. nuts; optional

Combine all the cake ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Bake in a cookie sheet pan at 350 degrees. Combine the topping ingredients and spread over the still warm cake.
