Pineapple Sheet Cake - Recipe

PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE

2 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten

Mix in order given.

Add:

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (20 oz.) can)
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in greased cookie sheet pan 20-25 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat until light and fluffy. Add:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. powdered sugar
