PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
20 oz. can pineapple, crushed

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 c. sugar

Mix cake ingredients, then pour on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Frosting: Mix ingredients and bring to a boil for 4 to 5 minutes. Then add 1 cup nuts and 1 cup coconut. Boil for 1 or 2 minutes longer. Pour on cake while hot (can poke holes in cake with fork prongs or toothpicks and then pour on.)
