PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice, too)
1/2 c. English walnuts

Beat 2 to 3 minutes and pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. English walnuts
