PATIO POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) frozen cubed hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can celery or cream of chicken soup
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. parsley

Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. Add 2 cups crushed corn flakes to top; drizzle with 2 tablespoons butter. Bake another 1/2 hour.
