OAT BRAN BREAD 
2 c. fruit juice
1 c. raisins
1 c. oat bran
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. oat flour or any other flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Put fruit juice and raisins in saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Grease a 5x9 loaf pan and set aside.

Mix together the oat bran, rolled oats, flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pecans in large bowl. Add cooled juice and combine well. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
