HOT CLAM DIP 
1 sm. onion, diced
1 sm. green pepper, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cans minced clams, undrained
Pinch of parsley
Pinch of oregano
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Saute onions and peppers in oil until soft. Add other ingredients and mix well. Put in baking dish or pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Then cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
