SWEET POTATO VIENNESE 
4 med. sweet potatoes, boiled
2 raw apples, peeled and cored
2 oranges (use some unpeeled)
Brown sugar
Butter
1/2 c. pecans
Marshmallows

Slice potatoes quite thin or mash them. Put layer of potatoes in casserole. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar and dot with butter. Top with layer of thinly sliced oranges, some unpeeled, some peeled.

NEXT, a layer of thinly sliced apples. Sprinkle with pecans. Repeat 5 layers (more or less according to size of dish). Add another layer of sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, and pecans. Bake at least 60 minutes in a buttered casserole at 350 degrees or until apples are cooked thoroughly. Cover top with marshmallows and brown.
