KRISTIN'S BEST PASTA SALAD 
This salad is loved by all at parties -- especially men! It is so easy and quick to make and can be made in advance. Use whole black olives if you think the crowd will not like them, they can pick around them easier that way. But don't skip the black olives. They give this salad color and make it beautiful!

2 (16 oz. ea.) pkgs. tri-colored pasta
1 (16 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced
1/2 lb. hard salami, sliced
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 (3 oz. ea.) cans sliced olives
2 small onions, chopped
grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

Cook pasta, drain and rinse. place in a large mixing bowl. Use sliced pepperoni and salami and cut each slice into quarters. Add meats, Mozzarella cheese, and vegetables to the pasta.

Shake Italian dressing well and pour all over the pasta. Use half of the bottle and then toss or stir to coat, add some more dressing and toss again until all pasta is generously coated. Save a small amount of dressing. Chill for several hours.

Note: If salad seems too dry when you are ready to serve, add the remaining Italian dressing to the salad and toss or stir until coated. Pasta will soak up a good bit of the dressing while chilling.

Sprinkle the bowl generously with freshly grated Parmesan cheese right before serving.
