BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 med. box Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. rice or 3/4 c. rice, cooked

In large bowl add cooked rice, broccoli, chicken and mushroom soup, cream cheese and cut up Velveeta and mix well. Then put mixture in casserole dish. Set oven at 350 degrees and cook for 1 hour or until bubbling.
