BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 3/4 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. uncooked rice

Cook rice according to directions on box. Set aside. Melt butter in large skillet. Add chopped onion and broccoli. Saute until tender. Add cheese and soup. Stir well, then add rice, mix well. DO NOT BAKE.
