BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
30 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter

Cook and drain broccoli. Make cheese sauce combine cheese soup and butter. Heat until melted and smooth. Add rice to cheese sauce. Layer rice mixture with broccoli in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 to 40 minutes.
