BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. jar process cheese spread
1/3 c. chopped celery
2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
2/3 c. milk
Salt to taste
2 c. cooked rice

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Simmer until thickened. Add rice. Spoon into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
