CREAMY HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 large pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 lb. American or Colby cheese, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 c. crushed cornflakes
savory (optional)

In a large bowl, combine hash browns with cheese, soup, sour cream and onion. Spread in 9 x 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Combine crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Spread on top. Sprinkle with savory and paprika.

Bake uncovered in 350°F oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until bubbly.
