CARAMEL POPCORN 
6 qt. popcorn, popped

Keep in 300 degree oven to keep it hot while making the caramel.

Mix: 2 c. light brown sugar 1/2 c. light Karo syrup 1 tsp. salt

Mix over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. When it boils don't stir for 5 minutes. Take off heat. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour caramel over popcorn. Bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
