CARAMEL NUT POPCORN CRUNCH 
2 1/2 qts. popped corn or 1/2 c. unpopped corn
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt & soda

Spread popped corn in a large shallow pan and place in preheated oven, 250 degrees. Combine butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil (to a firm ball stage). Remove from heat and stir in soda. Pour mixture over corn, stirring to coat. Return glaze mixture to oven and bake 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. When cool, pack in airtight jar.
