CARAMEL CORN (SOFT) 
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 lb. pkg. brown sugar
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cond. milk
Nuts, chopped
4 batches salted popcorn

Boil brown sugar and Karo syrup together for 3 minutes; remove from heat. Add 1/2 lb. butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 1 can sweetened cond. milk. Bring back to a boil stirring constantly. Pour over salted popcorn; stir in nuts and coat evenly. Butter hands and form popcorn into balls.
