CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE
FANTASIES
 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
1 c. chocolate chips
2/3 c. flaked or shredded coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter. Press evenly in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake 5 to 7 minutes. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, egg, vanilla and orange peel until well blended. Spread evenly over baked crust. In small bowl, combine nuts, chocolate chips and coconut. Sprinkle evenly over cream cheese mixture, pressing in lightly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan. Cut cooled cookies into squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 48 (1 1/2 inch) cookies.
