CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
1 c. mini chocolate chips

Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Blend well. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Spoon into crust. Chill for 4 hours. Garnish with whipped topping.

TEXAS SHEET CAKE ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. coconut (if desired)

In saucepan combine butter, cocoa and milk. Stir and let come to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, nuts, sugar and coconut. Spread on warm cake as soon as it is removed from oven.
