CHOCOLATE CHIP PISTACHIO COOKIES 
3 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio flavor instant pudding
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside. Beat butter and sugar until well blended. Add eggs, milk, vanilla until creamy. Add flour mixture until stiff dough forms.

Remove 1/4 dough and add nuts to this; set aside. Add pudding mix to rest of dough; stir. Reserve 1/4 of chocolate chips. Add rest to green dough.
