FRUIT COCKTAIL DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 c. fruit cocktail, drained

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. nuts

Stir all ingredients together and pour into 8 x 12 inch pan and bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Add topping before baking.
