STUFFING BALLS 
1 lg. loaf or bread cut in cubes
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onions
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Bread cubes dried for 1 day. Put celery and onions in skillet with 1 teaspoon butter, cook until tender. In large bowl mix all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Should be a little dry. Make large size golf balls. Put on cookie sheet, bake 25 minutes in 300 degree oven.
