TUPPER BREAD
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cool water
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dried yeast
9 c. flour
2 sticks butter

Scald milk and cool with water, eggs, sugar, salt and yeast. Mix together.

In large "mix and fix" tupperware bowl put flour. Make a well and pour in the liquid mixture. Do not stir. Put seal on the bowl and "burp". Set the bowl in a warm place and leave until the seal pops off.

Melt butter. Add to the mixture and stir well. Put on the seal and when it pops off, pour the mixture onto a floured pastry sheet. Knead with flour until dough becomes manageable. Makes 2 loaves. Dough is quite sticky. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Can be made into dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls.
