TUPPER BREAD
9 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
2 pkg. dry active yeast
Lg. yellow Tupperware bowl, with lid
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. salt
2 sticks butter, melted

Pour all flour into Tupperware bowl and make a well in center. Scald milk and cool down with water; add eggs to this mixture. Then add sugar, salt and dry yeast. Pour this mixture into the well of flour. Do not stir! Put lid on bowl and wait about 15 minutes and the seal will pop! With a wooden spoon mix all ingredients. Mix in the melted butter. Put seal back on and let set in warm place while rising. When seal pops, pour mixture onto well floured board or pastry sheet. Grease hands well and knead for 5 to 8 minutes. Make into 3 loaves and let rise in pan until double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes.
