TUPPERWARE BREAD | |
9 c. flour (unsifted) 1 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. water 2/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 4 beaten eggs 2 pkg. yeast 1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter Put 9 cups of unsifted flour in Fix-N-Mix bowl. Make a well in the center with a spoon. Scald 1 1/2 cups milk and cool with 1 1/2 cups water. Add 2/3 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 4 beaten eggs and 2 packages yeast. Pour liquid into well of flour. DO NOT STIR! Seal, burp, and wait until seal pops off. DO NOT BREAK SEAL! Melt 1/2 pound butter and pour into bowl and mix. Knead to proper dough consistency. Add more flour if necessary. Seal, burp, band wait until seal pops. Knead and roll out. Makes 3 loaves. Let rise for 20 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees until brown. |
