TUPPERWARE BREAD | |
9 c. unsifted flour 1 1/2 c. milk, scalded 1 1/2 c. water 2/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 4 beaten eggs 2 pkgs. yeast 1 c. butter, melted Sift flour into fix and mix bowl, make a well in the center of flour with spoon. In another large bowl cool scalded milk with water. Add sugar, salt, eggs and yeast. Pour this mixture into well in flour. (DO NOT STIR!) Seal bowl, burp bowl and wait until seal pops off. DO NOT break seal. Pour in butter and stir all together. Knead to proper dough consistency. Add more flour if necessary. Seal and burp again and wait for seal to pop off. Knead and roll out. Makes 3 loaves. Let rise in draft free (warm) area for 20 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees until brown. |
