STUFFING BALLS 
1 loaf stale bread
3 eggs
Pinch baking powder
1 green pepper, finely chopped (opt.)
1/4 - 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. celery, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. chicken broth
1 cube melted butter

Break bread into pieces. Mix all ingredients with one cup of the broth. Form into balls. Cover with remaining broth and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake, uncovered. Excellent side dish.
