1/2 stick butter
1 egg
1 heaping tsp. cornmeal
1 heaping tsp. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
3/4 c. sugar

Melt butter. Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
