2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. plain flour
1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
Dash of nutmeg
2 unbaked pie crusts
1 tbsp. flavoring, vanilla or lemon

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, then beaten eggs. Add milk and flavoring. Mix well. Pour into two 9 inch unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
