3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separate, beaten
2 tbsp. butter

Bake 9" pie shell. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook all ingredients except flavoring and butter, stirring constantly on low heat, allow to thicken. Remove from heat, add vanilla and butter; beat. Pour into baked pie shell, top with meringue and brown lightly.
