ANGEL FRUIT DESSERT 
1 baked angel food cake
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
Fresh fruit: Strawberries, raspberries, peaches, kiwi, blueberries

Tear angel food into bite size pieces and place in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Prepare vanilla pudding per package directions; allow pudding to set. Add Cool Whip to pudding and mix. Pour pudding mixture over the cake. Arrange desired fresh fruits on top of pudding mixture. Refrigerate.

I made this with strawberries and layered in two repetitions. Yummy! I made it for a family picnic and thought only the adults would eat it -- ravenous young teens wanted to know after their first helping if I had made a second pan! Having it set overnight is the key!
