SPINACH DIP | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed 2 c. plain yogurt 2 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise 1/2 c. green onions, thinly sliced 1/2 c. fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Place thawed spinach in colander and drain well. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Add spinach and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Servings: 4. Each Serving: 6 oz. dip. Exchanges: 1/2 Milk; 1 Vegetable; 1 Fat. |
